Shipping Times

Our delivery times are typically 4–11 business days and are structured as follows:

Processing time: 1–3 business days
(order confirmation, processing, quality control, and packaging)

Shipping time: 3–8 business days
(depending on location; this includes shipping from our international warehouse to your doorstep)

Return Policy

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 30 days after delivery in its original condition (including a tracking code).

Once we receive the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded.
All returns must be reported in advance through our customer service.


Received a Defective Product

Did you receive a defective product? Please contact our customer service immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Which product is damaged

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos as proof

Was your package damaged during shipping? Take photos immediately and send them to our customer service.

⚠️ Report damage within 7 days after delivery.
Without proof, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.


Received the Wrong Product

Did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the product you should have received

  • The name of the product you received

  • A photo of the received product


Replacements

Unfortunately, replacements are not possible.
We recommend returning the product and placing a new order.


Return Costs

  • Defective or damaged product: no return costs

  • Wrong choice / not satisfied: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

The customer must always be able to provide proof of shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us within 24 hours.

After this period, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the order is already being processed.

In that case, we kindly ask you to wait for the delivery and return the product afterward.
